A 16 anni ero gi\u00e0 completamente innamorato della gastronomia, cos\u00ec ho iniziato a lavorare in alcuni ristoranti della Costa Brava. A 18 anni mi sono reso conto che, per arrivare ad avere un nome, avrei dovuto studiare e cos\u00ec ho fatto. Alla fine degli studi ho avuto l&#8217;opportunit\u00e0 di fare uno stage incredibile al <strong>Celler de Can Roca<\/strong>. Successivamente, nel 2011 sono entrato in stage qui al <strong>Tickets<\/strong>, dove sono cresciuto tantissimo, tanto da diventare chef nel 2014.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>\ud83c\uddec\ud83c\udde7\u00a0Tell me your story, how did you get here in Tickets?<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>I came in a professional kitchen for the first time at 12, because my parents managed a small restaurant in Blanes, a city in Catalonia, Spain. At 16 I was already completely in love with gastronomy, so I started working in some restaurants in Costa Brava. At 18 I realized that, to become a real chef, I would have to study and so I did. At the end of my studies I had the opportunity to do an incredible stage at Celler de Can Roca. After, in 2011 I started a stage here at Tickets, where<\/em><em>\u00a0I grew a lo<\/em><em>t, so much to become a chef in 2014.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/lamorafelice.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/tapas-barcellona-tickets-bar-lamorafelice.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2300 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/lamorafelice.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/tapas-barcellona-tickets-bar-lamorafelice-300x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\ud83c\uddee\ud83c\uddf9\u00a0Perch\u00e9 il ristorante si chiama Tickets?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Perch\u00e9 durante lo sviluppo del progetto, Albert ha preso spunto dal luogo in cui si trovava il locale. Questa zona \u00e8 come se fosse una<em> Spanish Brodway<\/em>, era un quartiere di cinema e cabaret. Da qui \u00e8 nata l&#8217;idea di far entrare le persone nel ristorante come se fossero all&#8217;ingresso di un cinema, acquistando appunto un <em>ticket<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em>\ud83c\uddec\ud83c\udde7\u00a0Why is the restaurant called Tickets?<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Because during the development of the project, Albert took a cue from the place where the place was located. This area is like a Spanish Brodway, it was a district of cinema and cabaret. Hence the idea of bringing people into the restaurant as if they were at the entrance of a cinema, buying a ticket.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b><i>\ud83c\uddee\ud83c\uddf9\u00a0Com&#8217;\u00e8 lavorare con uno chef cos\u00ec importante?<br \/>\n<\/i><\/b><i>(sorride)<\/i><\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Inizialmente ero molto intimorito dalla sua grande personalit\u00e0, ma grazie a lui sono cresciuto tantissimo fino a diventare quel che sono. Ci sono state giornate molto stressanti, non te lo nego, ma sempre e comunque divertenti. Albert\u00a0spiega le cose in modo semplice, mi ha insegnato anche le tecniche e le ricette della tradizione, ha molta inventiva e per me \u00e8 un vero genio.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><strong>\ud83c\uddec\ud83c\udde7\u00a0How is it working with such an important chef?<br \/>\n<\/strong>(he smiles)<\/em><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Initially I was very intimidated by his great personality, but thanks to his help I grew so much until I became what I am. There were very stressful days, I do not deny it, but always funny. Continuiamo a testare cose nuove, ad esempio le <em>tapas<\/em>, rispettando per\u00f2 sempre il concetto di base. We continue to test new things, such as tapas, but always respecting the basic concept.
